Minimum wage increase

The Fair Work Commission yesterday handed down their ruling to increase the minimum wage by 5.2%.
This comes following the recommendations from the Government to combat increasing cost of living prices and rapidly increasing inflation.
Federal politics expert from ANU, Dr Blair Williams, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss what this increase means for the average worker and impact on his or her cost of living.
