Stop! Don’t Throw That Food Away!

Across the world around a third of all food purchased is thrown away culminating in around 1.3 billion tonnes ending up wasted.

How is so much food going to waste? What can be done on the macro and micro levels to reduce the amount we throw away?

Mark Boulet, a Research Fellow at BehaviourWorks Australia at Monash University, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Shannon Pearce to chat about how we can reduce our food waste.
