The Russian parliamentary elections are well under way, and just on day in there have been widespread reports of voting fraud across the country in favour of the ruling United Russia party.
There is little expectation for major change from this election, but the opposition do hold hope to take away the two third majority currently held by the government.
Our Europe correspondent Ineke Mules caught up with Tom Mann earlier this week to discuss further.
