Solar Households Paying to Export?

The Australian Energy Market Commission has formalised its proposals to bring in changes to the way solar households export power – with the suggestion that they be charged for the privilege of donating power to the grid. It seems bizarre, and counter-intuitive. Barometer’s Barry Mitchell spoke to Solar Citizens’ Hannah Mitchell to find out more.
