Alan Leek: Rat in the ranks

Posted on: Mon 23 Aug 2021

When retired Police Officer Alan Leek’s book The Killing Chronicles was launched, Ken Moroney AO APM, NSW Police Commissioner 2002 – 2007 stated “It’s time we set the records straight…  it’s time we got these stories right”.  Alan’s newly released book Rat In The Ranks continues doing that, exposing the story of Police Officer Mendelssohn Miller’s one man battle against the odds to hold to the truth he knew about police corruption in depression era suppression of SP betting, leading to three Royal Commissions that rocked the State and the Nation.

Alan Leek is a 34 year veteran of the NSW Police, retiring at the rank of superintendent.
