On this day in history:
At the height of the July crisis In 1914, Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia marking the first official declaration of war of WWI.
In 1951, Walt Disney’s animated musical “Alice In Wonderland” was released after 20 years of production limbo.
In 2007, Plain White T’s “Hey There Delilah” made number one on the US charts two years after the songs initial release.
The song is based on competitive distance runner Delilah Dicrescenzo who was friends with the lead singer of the band
