The painter and the Theif is an eye-opening film which unspools the unusual emotional bond between a Czech Painter and the Norwegian man who stole two of her works.
The painter tracks down the man who stole her paintings, and from there, their relationship begins to develop.
The film has been painted as the year’s most moving documentary and Screens reviewer, Aimee Knight joined Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss her thoughts on the film.
