Mining Destruction in the Juukan Gorge

The destruction of the Juukan George caused national attention and scrutiny of the wanton destruction from mining companies to culturally significant sites.
As the inquiry continues, just last month it has been found BHP have caused damage to another culturally significant site.
Professor Bronwyn Fredericks, Pro-Vice-Chancellor at The University of Queensland joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Paul Davies to discuss how this continues to happen and the ongoing impact on Indigenous people.
