FOI regime failing our environment

An Australian Conservation Foundation analysis of freedom of information statistics has revealed an increase in refused FOI requests – more redactions – higher charges and longer delays, – all plaguing Australia’s system of access to government documents.

To examine the ACF’s analysis of this problem, Barometer’s Des Lawrence spoke to the ACF’s democracy campaigner Jolene Elberth.
