High time for Medicinal Cannabis Driving Laws

Around 25,000 Australians currently use medicinal cannabis.

A bill to treat medicinal cannabis like other prescription medications under the Road Safety Act, may soon allow some Victorians to drive with THC in their system.

Member of the Victorian Legislative Council Fiona Patten speaks with Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to discuss what these changes could mean for users of medicinal cannabis.
