Jan Grosvenor, War Widow: The People of Strahan & HMAS Strahan

In the 75th anniversary year of the end of WW11, the people of the little town of Strahan on the West Coast of Tasmania will gather to commemorate the visit at war’s end of the Corvette HMAS Strahan.  It will be thanks to the tenacity and love of the widow of one of the men aboard the Strahan in 1945 that this event will take place on Sunday 15.11.2020.  Listeners are encouraged to attend.
