Big polluters allowed to increase emissions

The Federal government’s main climate policy, the Emissions Reduction Fund, has again allowed big polluters to increase emissions without penalty.
In late July, several large companies. were given approval to increase their emissions.
To examine the failings of this policy, Barometer’s Des Lawrence spoke to the Australian Conservation Foundation’s climate change program manager, Gavan McFadzean.
