There has been call to rename International Women’s Day (8 March) to International Do-More-Work-For-Free Day so to highlight the scale of free work undertaken by women globally.
Research from Price Waterhouse Cooper in 2017 showed that women undertake 72% of all unpaid work in Australia at the staggering value of $650 billion.

The YWCA will be hosting their Comedy Showcase next Monday the 9th at The Whitmore, presenting some of Australia’s leading, young, women comedians.
