In March this year an Australian fascist, armed with semi-automatic weapons, attacked Muslims attending Friday prayers in Christchurch. Fifty one people were killed and it has inspired mass shootings in other countries.
Jeff Sparrow has written a book about this tragedy which explores the meaning of fascism and the threat it poses today. In this interview with Packed Lunch, Jeff begins by talking about his decision to refer to the gunman as Person X.
