John MacMahon WW2 RAAF Veteran: Wireless Air Gunner on Baltimore Bombers

At age 16 he queued up in Sydney to join the Small Ships and serve in WW2, but it wasn’t to be.  At age 18 he was called up into the Army, and then into the Air Force.  Off to England, Scotland, and the Middle East with 454 Squadron, flying 70 Ops missions on Baltimores as a wireless air gunner.
