NDIS participants share positive experiences

Posted on: Fri 14 Jun 2019

“We know that a good life really depends on the availability of life chances… these case studies have shown that for these individuals, they’ve been able to access funding that has made a huge difference for their life chances.”

Participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) have shared their positive experiences and outcomes of accessing NDIS, in a new research paper published by independent, social profit organisation, JFA Purple Orange.

Policy and Research Leader, Mikaila Crotty, speaks to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns about the paper’s 23 individual case studies of NDIS participants and the focus for future publications.
