Legal services for elderly South Australians

Posted on: Mon 13 May 2019

The Legal Services Commission of South Australia was established to increase access to legal services for people who cannot afford legal representation.

It’s the states largest legal practice and provided 135,000 legal services to clients last year, including those requiring guidance on issues relating to elder abuse.

Gabrielle Canny, Director of the Legal Services Commission joins Small Change‘s Lisa Burns about how the service can help elderly people and their families.

Gabrielle will be speaking at the World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Conference on 17 June.

For free legal advice, call the Legal Services Commission of South Australia on 1300 366 424.
