Adani’s mini-mine

Indian company Adani has announced that it will self-fund a much reduced coal mine after failing to secure outside financing from numerous banks and lenders.  However, Adani’s new mini-version of its mega mine still faces some big hurdles. To examine this issue, Barometer’s Des Lawrence spoke to Samantha Hepburn, Director of the Centre for Energy and Natural Resources Law, Deakin Law School, at Deakin University.
