Saying ‘I CAN’ instead of ‘I Can’t’

Posted on: Fri 2 Nov 2018

There is an old adage that perfectly illustrates what one organisation from Victoria is doing for young people with Autism: Those who can, do. Those who can’t, teach!

Chris Varney is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the I CAN Network. The network is about bringing the ‘awe’ into AWEtism through mentoring, advocacy and education.

Chris speaks candidly to De-Stigmatised‘s Jarad and Aiden about how he is helping to get society to rethink what Autism is and what he thinks about neurodiversity and neurotypicality.
