Rebecca Cassells – Female Participation in the Workforce

New trends in the Australian workforce show that female participation is growing at a rate of nine times compared to their male counterparts.

Rebecca Cassells from Curtin University joined Nick Ward on Breakfast to discuss the trends and what affect it can have on the workforce going forward.
