Gaza Violence sparks up

This week news broke of the bloodiest day for Palestinians since the Gaza conflict in 2014.

Dozens of Palestinians were shot dead by Israeli troops on the Gaza border as the United States opened its embassy to Israel in Jerusalem.

Lecturer in Middle Eastern Studies at Deakin University, Professor Matthew Hardy says, ‘Things have scaled up in term of the violence in the last couple of weeks’.
