Loose Ends at Le Cascadeur, Garden of Unearthly Delights

Posted on: Sat 24 Feb 2018

Hello I’m Clayton and I’ve been been along to see Loose Ends at the Garden of Unearthly Delights, with Zoe and Jacob.

It’s a show about imagination and it features a train with shadow puppets and lots of boxes with feelings and things marked on them, but as the show progresses, particularly when it comes to celebrating a birthday, it’s clear that life is more fun if you have a friend. So, next up we’re introduced to an interesting way to make friends.

And from one friend to two, and then there’s jealousy and not always getting on..

There is plenty going on and it’s likely one of the busiest theatre sets you’re likely to see, with many things having more than 1 purpose. Mr 2 ½ kept his attention for the most part and kids of 8 – 10 were fully immersed. With a couple doing a great job of making Friend Maker Mark 2 to work.

By the end we learn the importance being able to say I’m sorry. There are plenty of life lessons, and some great insights on offer for kids of all ages…

4 stars.

Loose Ends is on most days of the week in Le Cascadeur in the Garden of Unearthly Delights.
