A public health consortium has launched a three-point plan to highlight the need for urgent action and the prioritisation of health spending towards disease prevention.

The consortium, made up of SACOSS, Public Health Association Australia, Australian Health Promotion Association, Anti-Poverty Network SA, and the People’s Health Movement have launched the plan in the lead up to the state election in March.

Dr Stefania Velardo from Australian Health Promotion Association SA Branch explains the plan to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns.
