NZ: Climate Change policy court battle

Ever wondered whether you can sue the government over one of it’s own policies?

One kiwi law student was so fed up with New Zealand politics that she decided to take the former New Zealand Government to court over their climate change polices.

Our New Zealand Correspondent Pearl Little joined Breakfast presenter Tom Mann this morning to discuss this unusual court case and more.
