Auckland’s Dry Spell Broken – Kiwi Correspondent

After 47 days, Auckland’s longest dry spell on record was finally broken on Saturday; the first day with more than 1mm of rainfall.

However, the top of the North Island hasn’t been so lucky, and expects another dry week ahead. So how is this drought affecting communities?
