Service to country and community comes in many forms. For Helen Oxenham it has been a lifelong campaign against domestic violence. .. starting in her own Dublin childhood. On arrival in Adelaide Helen worked to set up one of the first women’s shelters here. Despite the heavy cost to herself, Helen refused to be defeated.
