Powerful stories heard at Inquiry into Newstart

The Senate Standing Committee on Community Affairs has held a hearing in Sydney for its Inquiry into the adequacy of Newstart and related payments.

Submissions from organisations and individuals from all around Australia were received, echoing the inadequacy of living on $275 a week.
