Humans and horses have been helping each other for what seems like eternity, but far from the relationship based from the uses of farming, transportation or racing these majestic creatures are fast becoming crucial in the area of rehabilitation and mental health. Jess Keenan of Leading Change Experiences has long known the therapeutic power and magical ability of horses, to teach us to attune to our surroundings, live with honesty, acceptance and safety. She has established programs for young and old to work with the graceful and nurturing nature of horses to validate themselves and truly live in the moment.
