Animal Cruelty Penalties Doubled

A number of state and territory governments have updated their animal welfare laws, with South Australia leading the charge by doubling their penalties.

Alexandra Whittaker, Senior Lecturer in Animal Welfare and Law from the University of Adelaide, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss more.
