Petra Ball – Preserving Culture

Posted on: Mon 29 Jan 2018

In December 2016 we interviewed Petra Ball, Red Cross law officer. The interview typifies just how Artlab works with a diverse range of organisations, their treasures and artefacts.

Petra talks about international humanitarian law, and how the laws of war must protect precious cultural heritage as well as people. At the time of this interview the Red Cross was hosting an exhibition at Artlab.

There’s much in this interview to make us stop and think, and worthy of a repeat airing.
