Diverting food from landfill to people’s plates is not as simple as it sounds. Not when you’re dealing with several tonnes of fresh food per week! Yet Oz Harvest manage this, with a dedicated team of drivers, chefs, managers and others. Barometer’s Sue Reece speaks with Tim James, CEO of Oz Harvest.
