Who are the young women of Blackmore, a public housing estate in Sydney’s South West?

Are their lives what the media makes it out to be?

Artist, performer and filmmaker Kate Blackmore tackled this question in a video documentary which she is exhibiting in FRAN Festival.

She shares her work with Tara Nash.
