Til Death Exhibition

Posted on: Thu 7 Sep 2017

Working in palliative care for many is a raw, emotional challenge that can be both beautiful and heartbreaking. It can be difficult for nurses and practitioners to deal with grief and death, though physiotherapist and local artist Margaret Ambridge has discovered an alternative – art.

She joined Jennie Lenman in the studio to talk about her current exhibition ‘Til Death’ at the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery which explores the world of palliative care and the process of dying with highly detailed charcoal based work.
