Minority women’s leadership least represented in Australia

Posted on: Thu 7 Sep 2017

A new report has found that while minority women’s lived histories and experiences equip them with exceptional leadership skills, their leadership style has not equated to leadership in mainstream society and organisations.

Report author and Director for the Australian Centre for Leadership for Women, Dr Diann Rodgers-Healey, spoke to Small Change’s Lisa Burns about the findings of the report and the up-coming Unique Leadership of Minority Women Conference which will explore these issues and share the voices of minority women.
