Redirecting Festive Season Stress

Amidst the Festive Season, many of us may notice the mounting feelings of stress that parallel change in social climate, as the time of year typically lends itself to greater consumerism, fuller schedules and tying things up – but what about prioritising well-being?

Conor Wynn, PhD Candidate BehaviourWorks, Monash Sustainable Development Institute and Professor Craig Hassed, OAM, Deputy Director of the Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies, joined to share their different perspectives on stress and behaviour change around the Festive Season along with varying approaches to well-being, and putting enjoyment and peace over the idea of the ‘race.’
