Adam Page – Dragon and Phoenix Live at Wizard Tone

This week on Songcatcher we spoke to Adelaide multi-instrumentalist Adam Page about the composing and recording of his latest album Dragon and Phoenix Live at Wizard Tone.

Adam was commissioned by Jane Fisher to write and record an album about her late husband Nick, and Jane was also present in the studio. So we were able to hear all of the stories that Adam took into account, and Adam explained in some detail how he responded to these stories when composing the music.

The album was then recorded live in front of an audience at Wizard Tone studio.
