Shopping Ethically this Silly Season

Everywhere you look today, shops and brands are advertising their Black Friday sales urging us to buy up before Christmas.

But, underneath the low prices and cheap deals can be unethical practice from some of our favourite brands.

For some of us, even though we know our favourite brand might have some questionable behaviour, it’s not enough to stop us from getting in on a deal.

Gary Mortimer, Professor in Marketing and Consumer Behaviour from Queensland University of Technology, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to chat about why that is and how we can make better choices this silly shopping season.
