Recent pushback against fossil fuel sponsors from Australian netball and cricket players has seen issues of greenwashing in sport become a national conversation.
A report examining just how much fossil fuel and mining companies contribute to sports and the reputational impact has been published.
Emma Sherry, co-author, Professor, and co-director of the Sport Innovation Research Group at Swinburne University of Technology, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss this issue and the new report further.
