Hybrid work becoming the norm in Australia

Posted on: Thu 20 Oct 2022

Hybrid work seems to have become the norm, two years after the pandemic started.

A new survey by the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies at the University of Sydney found that in September 2022, Australians on average, did four days of paid work per week, of which one day was working from home.

The survey provided some other economic and social insights such as the people’s views on shopping, transport and housing.

Professor David Hensher, Founding Director of ITLS at the University of Sydney, joins Breakfast presenter Tom Mann to discuss the survey.
