The most awarded film in Sundance history, CODA, follows a hearing teenage girl who is a child of deaf parents, who finds herself torn between pursuing her love of music and her fear of abandoning her family. Screens reviewer, Aimee Knight caught up with Breakfast’s Zoe Kounadis & Tom Mann to speak about the sweet presentation of themes of being torn between your family and your passion as well as the films representation of living with deafness.
