Shareholders of Microsoft have urged the company to release an annual transparency report, detailing its sexual harassment policies and investigations into alleged incidents across the company.
The resolution may also prompt many more companies to consider sexual harassment disclosures more seriously.
Working from home is beneficial to some women, meaning they can maintain full-time jobs and avoid losing traction in their careers during their caregiving year.
However, there has been a new discussion, highlighting why working from home may not be all for women.
