After dark at the Botanic Gardens

Posted on: Thu 22 Apr 2021

Gardens are so important – for our mental, physical and emotional well-being – they provide opportunities to recharge, to be grounded, and reconnect with nature, and others.

And late last month, the gloriously vibrant Botanic Gardens launched a campaign to encourage people of all ages to visit to unwind, relax and distress.

It’s called Be Here. To find out more, Dr Christina caught up last week with Christine Schloithe Manager Public Programs of the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium, and heard all about the after dark scavenger hunts, artist talks and indigenous dinners.
