Bridget Hustwaite: How to Endo

Posted on: Wed 31 Mar 2021

Endometriosis is a disease in which the tissue similar to the lining of the uterus grows in other parts of the body. Symptoms can include severe pain, cramping, bloating, fatigue, nausea and infertility to name a few.

According to Endometriosis Australia, more than 830,000 Australian women live with the condition.

Triple J presenter and endometriosis advocate Bridget Hustwaite has written a book about her experience with the condition titled How to Endo: A guide to surviving and thriving with endometriosis.

Bridget joined Festival City’s Isabella Carbone to talk all things endometriosis and bust some myths about the disease.

How to Endo: A guide to surviving and thriving with endometriosis is on sale now.
