Introducing Barbara Pocock

This Valentines day at The Gov Greens supporters showed love for their new candidate for Senate Barbara Pocock. Uncle Moogy “Major” Sumner performed a Welcome to Country to get proceedings started.
Barbara is a Professor at Uni SA and has worked in many different fields from shearing sheds to the Reserve Bank. In 2010 Barbara was awarded a AM for services to industrial relations and social justice.
Barbara Pocock says “I love South Australia and I want to represent our state at the national level and contribute to a strong, just democracy on a safe planet”.
