As a raw young officer freshly graduated from RMC Duntroon, the then Lieutenant Peter Cosgrove was soon posted to Vietnam. At age 58, with an amazing military career to his credit and the realisation that he’d never had the opportunity to live as an adult within the wider community, this highly distinguished but down-to earth top Aussie Soldier embraced the decision to retire. But life had other plans for him.
