Walking is a great way to explore the world, step by step, as you watch your chosen destination unfold gently in front of you.

It is a way of travelling that helps you, and your blood pressure, calm down.

All we need to do is nudge open the door, put on the walking shoes… and enjoy.

Tips and tricks can help make the most of a walking trip. Rosemary Cardinaldi, avid walker with some 20 years experience as a chiropractor,  shares some  practical advice  to help avoid ending up on the injured list.
