Cummins Milling – local options

The world of grains is dominated by big players, international money, bulk handling, supertankers.
But the story of the Cummins mill on SA’s West Coast shows how important a local mill can be for a smaller country community.

Bill Butterfield, who has added the mill to his other extensive local involvements, is focused on rebuilding the business as a reliable option for local farmers and an energetic part of the local economy.
On Gastronaut, at the Royal Adelaide Show, Bill shares the story of the progressive return of Cummings Milling flours to supermarket shelves in Adelaide.
