Top crust at Lost Loaf

On the western edge of Adelaide’s Parklands, you might say the Bowden Village development is still full of potential.

But with her Lost Loaf bakery Emma Shearer is already a well-established contender to be considered one of the city’s best sourdough bakers.

And not just by sticking to the middle ground. Emma’s range keeps developing – dark rye, wholemeal, fruit loaves as well as her signature long-fermented impressively light French loaf.

Together with her croissants, Danish and other patisserie.
