Lots of people say korma is their favourite Indian food. But is it really korma they’re eating?
On Gastronaut, Ragini Dey discusses the essence of korma or, rather, kormas – because there are so many variations.
Definitely not extending to one historic favourite of the ruling class – rats.
And please don’t ask for heaps of chilli, if you genuinely want korma.
