Chocolate with flair – and honeycomb

There should be a better word for it.

‘Softserve’ is a familiar starting point – but this is something else – it has body, flavour, presence. Topped with the trademark ‘ter Horst’ honeycomb it almost demands respect.

And chocolate is only one of the options.

In his Adelaide shop in Rundle Street, Steven ter Horst exudes enthusiasm in equal measure with his obvious expertise.
